Service scope
SwipeView is a software service for sports academies to collect feedback, manage review workflows, and monitor operational sentiment.
By using the service, the customer agrees to use the platform only for legitimate academy operations and lawful communications.
Customer responsibilities
Academies are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including coach records, manager contacts, and Google review links.
Academies are also responsible for how they ask parents to use the Review Station and for complying with any local policies that apply to their business.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the selected subscription plan.
Trials, renewals, failed payments, pauses, and cancellations are governed by the subscription settings visible in the customer account and payment provider workflow.
Availability and acceptable use
SwipeView may suspend or limit access when accounts are unpaid, misused, or used in a way that threatens service stability, security, or other customers.
We may update the service over time, including product improvements, interface changes, and operational safeguards.
Limitations
SwipeView is provided on a commercial best-effort basis. We work to operate it reliably, but no SaaS product can guarantee uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the relevant billing period.
Liability Cap
SwipeView's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SwipeView in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Auto-Renewal
SwipeView subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current subscription rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Your 14-day free trial will not be charged if cancelled before the trial ends.
Athlete Data
Academies may add athlete profiles to SwipeView on behalf of their organization. By accepting these Terms, the Academy ("you") represents and warrants that:
(a) You are authorized to add each athlete's information to SwipeView;
(b) You have obtained all required consents, including parental or guardian consent for athletes under the age of 13 as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and any other applicable law;
(c) You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of adding and processing athlete data through SwipeView;
(d) SwipeView acts as a data processor on your instructions and is not responsible for your failure to obtain required consents.
All coaches, staff, and contractors added to your academy account act on your behalf and under your responsibility.
