Operate
Run the facility around the training.
Development sounds good until Tuesday at 6 p.m., when four parents are texting for a cage and two coaches want the same tunnel. SwipeView runs booking, cages, coaches, and payments so the development process holds up under a full schedule.

Public booking
Parents book in seconds. Nobody has to call.
No account, no app, no phone tag. A parent picks a cage rental or a lesson with a specific coach, picks an open time, pays, and gets a confirmation. Fewer calls at the front desk. Fewer bookings living in a text thread.
- Choose a cage rental or a lesson with a specific coach.
- Pick an available time and pay online.
- Confirmation by email, with a link to cancel.
- No parent account or login required.
Real cages, real availability
If Cage 7 is occupied, SwipeView knows Cage 7 is occupied.
Each cage exists in the system as an actual resource with a type and its own availability. Cage rentals, private lessons, and group sessions all draw from the same calendar, so a tunnel can't be sold twice.
- Hitting and pitching cages defined as separate resources.
- Rentals, lessons, and group sessions share one occupancy record.
- Conflicting bookings are blocked at the database, not by someone checking a whiteboard.
Coaches
Coach schedules and cage schedules work together.
A coach sets weekly availability and requests blackouts. Private lessons and group sessions book against that availability and against the cages at the same time. No coach gets two athletes at 5:30.
- Weekly availability per coach.
- Blackouts requested by the coach, approved by the director.
- Private lessons and group sessions on the same calendar.
- A coach and a cage can each be booked once per time slot.

Payments
The money goes to your Stripe account. Not ours.
SwipeView uses Stripe Connect. Your academy connects its own Stripe account, and every booking is charged directly to it. SwipeView never holds your funds, and refunds come out of your account on your terms.
- Your academy's own Stripe account, connected once.
- Charges land in your account directly.
- Refunds are issued from your account when your staff decides.
Staff workflows
It still works when the front desk has to step in.
A family walks in. A parent calls to move Thursday. Someone doesn't show. Staff handle all of it from the dashboard, and the calendar, the cage, and the coach stay in sync.
Walk-in booking
Create the booking at the desk. The cage and coach are held immediately.
Reschedule
Move a booking to a new time. The parent gets an updated confirmation.
No-show
Mark it. The record stays for the owner's at-risk view.
Cancel
With a refund or without one. Your policy, your call.
Operational emails
Routine booking communication happens on its own.
These are not marketing emails. They are the four messages a booking needs, sent without anyone at the desk remembering to send them.
Confirmation
Sent when the booking is paid.
24-hour reminder
Sent the day before the session.
Cancellation
Sent when a booking is cancelled, by the parent or by staff.
Refund notice
Included when a cancellation carries a refund.
Facility economics
Every cage has a cost. Know when yours are earning.
The owner dashboard shows what the facility is actually producing: not just this month's revenue, but which hours and which cages are carrying it, and which are sitting empty.
- Revenue this month vs. last month.
- Cage utilization.
- Revenue per cage-hour.
- Dead-hour heatmap by weekday and hour.

Customers who stopped coming
See who dropped off before they are gone for good.
The dashboard lists customers whose bookings have stopped, with their last visit. It is a list, not a prediction. It is enough to make the call while it still matters.
Website included
Your website shouldn't be a brochure that tells parents to call.
An academy website and its booking pages are included with SwipeView. The point is not the website. The point is that a parent who finds your academy at 9 p.m. can book a lesson at 9:01 instead of leaving a voicemail.
