Getting Started
The Session Station is the review kiosk built into SwipeView. After each session, the coach opens it on their phone and hands it to the parent. The parent rates the session 1–5 stars and optionally leaves a comment. No app download needed — it works in any mobile browser.
No. SwipeView works entirely in a mobile browser. Coaches bookmark swipeview.io/coach on their phone and that’s it. Nothing to install, no App Store required.
Go to Google Maps and search for your business. On your listing, click ‘Get more reviews’ — Google will give you a direct link. Copy it and paste it into SwipeView under Dashboard → Settings → Google Review URL. Once set, 4 and 5 star reviews will automatically be redirected there.
Upsell Pipeline
Coaches flag athletes who are ready for more lessons, a package, or an evaluation directly from their Athletes section. They tap ‘New Recommendation’, select the type and urgency, and add an optional note. The flag goes straight to the academy owner’s dashboard — coaches never see revenue data.
The coach needs at least one athlete added to their roster before they can flag a recommendation. Go to the Athletes section and add the athlete first. Once the athlete exists, the New Recommendation button will appear.
The academy owner can dismiss any recommendation from the dashboard. The coach is not notified when a recommendation is dismissed.
Yes. The dashboard shows each coach’s open recommendations, conversion rate, and pipeline activity. You can sort and compare coaches side by side from the Performance section.
Reviews & Feedback
Ratings of 1–3 stars are captured privately and sent directly to academy managers and admins. Coaches do not see low ratings. The owner receives an immediate email alert so they can follow up internally before it becomes a public issue.
Yes — when a parent leaves a 4 or 5 star review, the coach receives an email with the star rating and the parent’s comment. This is automatic and requires no setup. Coaches never receive notifications about low ratings.
Account & Billing
The Starter and Growth plans are single-location. If you run multiple locations, the Dominance plan supports multiple locations with full cross-location visibility. Contact us at support@swipeview.io to discuss Dominance pricing.
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
Yes. Every new academy starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required until day 15. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.
