Athletes, evaluations, plans, bookings, and reviews are your records. You can export them. Leaving SwipeView should never mean leaving your data behind.

Can parents book without creating an account?
Yes. A parent picks a cage rental or a lesson with a specific coach, chooses an available time, pays, and gets a confirmation email. No account, no login.
Does SwipeView hold my payments?
No. SwipeView uses Stripe Connect. Every booking is charged directly to your academy's own Stripe account. SwipeView never holds your funds.
Can I use my own Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your academy's Stripe account once, and all booking revenue goes there.
Is the website included?
Yes. An academy website and its booking pages are included with every plan.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your academy's data belongs to your academy, and you can export it.
Is there an annual contract?

Can parents cancel or reschedule online?
Parents can cancel from the link in their confirmation email, within your cancellation window. Rescheduling is handled by your staff from the dashboard, and the parent gets an updated confirmation.

Yes. Staff create walk-in bookings from the dashboard, and the cage and coach are held immediately.
