About SwipeView
It started as a way to get Google reviews. The academy had a bigger problem.
SwipeView's first version did one thing: after a lesson, a coach handed a parent a phone, and a happy parent was invited to leave a Google review. It worked. But using it every day inside a real academy made something obvious. Reviews were the last step of a process the academy didn't have a system for.
The larger problem
The academy knew who booked, who paid, and who showed up. It couldn't say who was improving.
Every record the business kept was a record of a transaction. None of them could explain what an athlete was working on, what the last evaluation found, or what should happen next. That became the problem SwipeView was rebuilt around. Reviews stayed, but they moved to the end of the story, where they belong.
Built from inside baseball
Shaped by someone who runs athlete development, not by a software team guessing.

What SwipeView believes
Three things we won't compromise on.
Development should be measurable.
If an athlete is getting better, there should be a baseline and a re-evaluation that show it.
Parents should be able to see progress.
Not a feeling, not a hallway conversation. A report that shows what changed.
Software should make an academy easier to run, not create another job.
If it adds work for the coach without adding anything for the athlete, it doesn't belong.
SwipeView and SwipeVision
Two names. Two different things.
SwipeView is the software platform described on this site. SwipeVision is a sister company that offers optional marketing services to academies, and can use data from SwipeView for things like filling dead hours or re-engaging families that stopped coming. SwipeView does not require SwipeVision, and this site is only about the software.
