What we collect
SwipeView collects the information needed to operate academy workspaces, authenticate users, route parent feedback, deliver product emails, and manage billing.
We collect data provided directly by academy staff, including academy details, coach identities, manager identities, email addresses, and settings such as the Google review link used by the Review Station flow.
How we use information
SwipeView processes session feedback submitted through the public Review Station. Positive feedback can be redirected toward Google Reviews, while low ratings are stored privately so academy managers can follow up internally.
We use service providers to run core parts of the product: Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for subscriptions, Resend and SMTP infrastructure for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting and scheduled jobs.
Parent feedback and privacy
Parent feedback submitted through the Review Station is stored without parent identity by default unless the academy adds additional follow-up fields in a future workflow.
Managers and coaches only access information according to role-based permissions enforced inside the platform.
Security and retention
SwipeView uses role-based access controls and tenant-scoped database policies to isolate academy data.
No online service can promise absolute security, but we design the product to reduce unauthorized access, preserve review history, and limit misuse of public submission endpoints.
Athlete Data
SwipeView allows academy administrators and coaches to add athlete profiles within the platform. The following applies to this data:
What we collect: Athlete name, contact information, and performance notes as entered by academy staff.
Who can access it: Only the academy that added the athlete, and SwipeView staff for support and maintenance purposes.
How long we retain it: Athlete data is retained until the academy deletes it or cancels their SwipeView subscription, at which point it is deleted within 30 days.
How to request deletion: Contact your academy administrator, or email us at support@swipeview.io.
Children under 13: SwipeView does not collect athlete data directly from children. All athlete profiles are created by academy administrators who, by accepting our Terms of Service, have confirmed they hold all required authorizations including parental consent where required by law.
Your controls
Academies are responsible for the Google Business Profile review link they provide and for their own use of Google Reviews.
